PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program Director
Critical Care
Dr. Elizabeth Browning is a clinical pharmacy specialist in the neurocritical care unit. She serves as a preceptor to PGY1 pharmacy residents and pharmacy students. Dr. Browning received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from California State University, Chico in 2017 and Doctor of Pharmacy from California Northstate University College of Pharmacy in 2021. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Dignity Health Mercy Medical Center in 2022 and a PGY2 Emergency Medicine Pharmacy Residency at Sarasota Memorial Hospital in 2023.
Emergency Medicine
Dr. Ibarra is a clinical pharmacy specialist in Emergency Medicine at Community Regional Medical Center. He precepts PGY1 pharmacy residents and pharmacy students from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at the University of the Pacific, and California Health Sciences University. Additionally, Dr. Ibarra is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the CHSU College of Medicine.
Dr. Ibarra completed a PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Stanford Health Care, and graduated from UCSF. He obtained a BA in Psychology and Minor in Education and Applied Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Dr. Ibarra recently received the following awards: 2019 CRMC Exceptional Mentorship, 2020 UCSF Apple for Excellence in Teaching, 2021 CRMC Preceptor of the Year, 2021 UCSF Apple for Excellence in Teaching, 2022 Community Medical Centers Most Versatile Preceptor, and 2022 UCSF Fresno APPE Preceptor of the Year.
Hospital Operations
Dr. Stanley Snowden is a clinical pharmacist in the inpatient pharmacy. Dr. Snowden received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of New Mexico, College of Pharmacy. He completed his PGY1 in pharmacy practice and Fellowship in cardiology at the University of New Mexico Medical Center.
After completion of his fellowship, he served as a faculty member at California Health Sciences University (CHSU), College of Pharmacy and an ambulatory care pharmacist at a Federally Qualified Healthcare Clinic in Madera, CA, until joining Community Regional.
Dr. Pang Ko is a clinical pharmacist in the inpatient pharmacy. He received his PharmD from Ohio State University, College of Pharmacy. He has been practicing at Clovis Community Medical Center since 2018.
