Dr. Ibarra is a clinical pharmacy specialist in Emergency Medicine at Community Regional Medical Center. He precepts PGY1 pharmacy residents and pharmacy students from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at the University of the Pacific, and California Health Sciences University. Additionally, Dr. Ibarra is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the CHSU College of Medicine.
Dr. Ibarra completed a PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Stanford Health Care, and graduated from UCSF. He obtained a BA in Psychology and Minor in Education and Applied Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Dr. Ibarra recently received the following awards: 2019 CRMC Exceptional Mentorship, 2020 UCSF Apple for Excellence in Teaching, 2021 CRMC Preceptor of the Year, 2021 UCSF Apple for Excellence in Teaching, 2022 Community Medical Centers Most Versatile Preceptor, and 2022 UCSF Fresno APPE Preceptor of the Year.
Hospital Operations
Dr. Stanley Snowden is a clinical pharmacist in the inpatient pharmacy. Dr. Snowden received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of New Mexico, College of Pharmacy. He completed his PGY1 in pharmacy practice and Fellowship in cardiology at the University of New Mexico Medical Center.
After completion of his fellowship, he served as a faculty member at California Health Sciences University (CHSU), College of Pharmacy and an ambulatory care pharmacist at a Federally Qualified Healthcare Clinic in Madera, CA, until joining Community Regional.
Dr. Pang Ko is a clinical pharmacist in the inpatient pharmacy. He received his PharmD from Ohio State University, College of Pharmacy. He has been practicing at Clovis Community Medical Center since 2018.
Dr. Veerpal Sandhu is a clinical pharmacist at Community Regional Medical Center. He serves as a preceptor for PGY1 pharmacy residents in the hospital practice rotation and longitudinal projects.
Dr. Sandhu received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State University — Long Beach and Doctorate of Pharmacy from West Coast University — School of Pharmacy. He completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at Community Regional Medical Center, Fresno.

Dr. Dunn is the Clinical Manager of Pharmacy Services for Community Medical Centers. He serves as a preceptor to PGY1 pharmacy residents, University of California, San Francisco pharmacy students, Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at the University of the Pacific pharmacy students, and California Health Sciences University pharmacy students.
Dr. Dunn received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2008 and his Doctor of Pharmacy from the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at the University of the Pacific in 2011. Dr. Dunn started his career as an inpatient pharmacist at Kaiser Permanente Fresno and Clovis Community Medical Center in 2012.
Dr. Janice Paden is the Sterile Compounding Coordinator for Community Medical Centers.
Dr. Nancy Rogers is the Inpatient Pharmacy Manager for Clovis Community Medical Center.
Dr. Tatev Ohanian is the Inpatient Pharmacy Supervisor for Clovis Community Medical Center.
