Formerly known as the Bridge program, SUN allows anyone struggling with addiction to simply walk into the Community Regional or Clovis Community emergency rooms and receive Suboxone and other medications to safely control withdrawals, plus counseling and a direct pathway into outpatient recovery services.

Get tested for STDs: Available at Community Regional, our Emergency Department Screening Program (EDSP) provides routine screening for HIV, hepatitis C, and syphilis for eligible patients. Those who receive a positive test result are contacted by our experienced substance use/STD navigators, who provide education, care coordination and links to appropriate medical care and treatment services. The goal of the EDSP is to ensure patients receive timely follow-up care, improve health outcomes, and reduce the spread of infectious diseases within our community.
