Pediatric Specialty Care Closure Notice

The Pediatric Specialty Care clinic, located on the Community Regional Medical Center campus at 215 N. Fresno Street, Suite 370, will permanently close all services on December 1, 2025. 

This closure includes the following specialties:  

• Cardiology
• Adult Congenital Heart
• Pulmonology
• Cystic Fibrosis Pediatric and Adult
• Endocrinology
• Dysautonomia Clinic
• Neurology
• Neuromuscular clinic for Spinal Muscular Atrophy
• Gastroenterology
• High Risk Infant Follow-up (closed at this time)
• Nephrology
• Allergy
• Hematology
• Rheumatology

This change doesn’t impact: genetic counseling, inpatient labor and delivery, neonatal intensive care (NICU), burn or emergency care, or the oral maxillofacial surgery (OMFS)/pediatric ear, nose and throat (ENT) clinic.

Continuity of Care 

Your continued care is our top priority. We recommend you connect with your primary care doctor to secure a new referral as soon as possible. Pediatric specialty care is available in the Central Valley at Valley Children’s Healthcare.
