The health and well-being of the Valley’s children is one of our top priorities at Community Medical Centers. We offer a range of family-centered, high-quality pediatric specialty services – from the only Level 1 (highest level) pediatric trauma care and emergency care, to pediatric burn care and our Level 3 neonatal intensive care (NICU).
Our partnership with UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital — recognized throughout the world as a leader in pediatric healthcare — significantly enhances and expands our pediatric services for the Valley’s children. It integrates Community’s clinical expertise in neonatology and pediatric primary care with UCSF’s academic strengths and expertise in perinatal, pediatric specialty care and pediatric critical care.
So, whether it’s for a check-up in our children’s clinic in the Deran Koligian Ambulatory Care Center or asthma education for the whole family – you can rest assured your child is receiving top notch care by our compassionate team.
Community Regional Medical Center cares for more than 60,000 pediatric patients annually, and is home to one of the few newborn and prenatal screening labs in California, so it’s only natural that we’d form a partnership with nationally ranked University of California San Francisco Benioff Children’s Hospital for pediatric services. Our subspecialists are board certified in more than 30 areas of pediatric medicine, offering patients a wealth of diagnostic and therapeutic services. What does this partnership mean for you?
– it means access to board-certified doctors and surgeons from a wide range of pediatric specialties from dermatology to neurology
– we provide access to specialists in the areas of adolescent medicine, diabetes, cardiology, child development, child psychiatry, dermatology, ear, nose and throat (ENT), gastroenterology, general surgery, genetics, hematology, infectious disease, nephrology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pulmonology, rheumatology, urology and more.
