Dr. Hana Choe attended undergraduate and graduate schools in NYC and medical school at SUNY Buffalo and recently completed an MBA program with hopes of improving hospital operations and patient care.

Dr. Choe found a passion for neurovascular intervention and neurocritical care. She became director of the neurovascular division and neurocritical care unit at a Comprehensive Stroke Center outside Philadelphia, where she developed a robust mid-level provider program of physician assistants and nurse practitioners that created stability in the stroke program and improved patient care. Dr. Choe directed several landmark clinical stroke trials proving Endovascular intervention is better for certain types of severe strokes than medical treatment alone.

Dr. Choe relocated to Fresno with her family so she could help develop a comprehensive stroke program and enhance stroke care in the Central Valley. As a dedicated practitioner, Dr. Choe is deeply interested in cerebrovascular diseases, particularly strokes and aneurysms, and prioritizes education for clinicians and the community. Outside the hospital, Dr. Choe enjoys yoga, cycling, and gardening.
