A young pregnant woman with brown hair rests in a hospital bed. An RN stands on either side of her, faces not visible. One is helping the pregnant woman access her medical info on a tablet.
The pregnancy journey can be a beautiful but sometimes overwhelming experience. We’ve designed the MyHealthMate app to help you through your pregnancy and beyond — regardless of where you choose to deliver.

Monitor your baby’s growth from your mobile device

The interactive mobile app, available on desktop and mobile devices, allows you to access your MyChart health information and navigate Community’s online tools and resources all in one place.

If you’re a soon-to-be parent, this means accessing tools like hospital packing lists and kick counters, and monitoring your baby’s growth.

“It’s very interactive, so you can answer questions and it’ll send you articles like, ‘Oh you’re feeling tired, well that might be normal at this time’ or ‘You’re feeling nauseated, this might be why,’” said Sarah Putman, director of Women and Newborn Health at Community Medical Centers.

New mom Brittany Urbanek liked that the MyHealthMate app helped keep her appointments and information accessible after welcoming daughter Zoey.

“The app was really cool," she said. "Navigating being a new parent, you’re exhausted [and] the app really helped streamline all of my postpartum appointments as well as Zoey’s appointments.”

The MyHealthMate app has many benefits beyond parenting too — helping you manage your health, view lab results and pay your bill. Click here to learn more and download MyHealthMate from the Apple App Store or Google Play store today.
