Building a Culture of Quality
An acute care hospital has identified several priority quality outcomes it wants to improve over the next three years, including hospital-acquired infections, preventable harm events, readmissions and patient experience. Leaders recognize that lasting improvement will require more than individual projects; it will require a stronger culture of quality and accountability across the organization. How would you think about supporting this journey as an administrative fellow? What role should hospital leaders play in creating sustained improvement?
Incomplete applications will not be considered. Recommendation letters may be sent separately by the applicant’s graduate program or reference to CHSAdministrativeFellowship@communitymedical.org.
