Interaction with family and friends can help brighten a patient’s day and speed up recovery. Our goal at Community Regional Medical Center is to provide each patient with an environment that promotes healing and provides a positive experience for them and their visitors.

Visiting Hours

Open visiting hours are from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Children of any age are welcome in the first floor waiting areas. Children under age 12 may visit siblings in Pediatric Med/Surg and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) after making special arrangements with the nurse manager on the patient’s floor. Narrower restrictions may apply during flu season and at other times to comply with CDC guidelines.

Outtakes Coffee and Gift Shop

The gift shop is located directly off of the main lobby. Visitors can purchase newspapers, magazines, cards, flowers and gifts. Outtakes Coffee is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. and offers Peet’s coffee, smoothies, sweet treats, pastries, sandwiches and much more.

Visitors should check with the patient’s nurse before bringing gifts of food or drink to their friend or loved one, in case they are on a restricted diet. If visiting the Intensive Care Unit, please check with the staff regarding any patient gifts.

Cafe Pistachio

For the convenience of family and visitors, Community Regional’s Café Pistachio is open 24 hours, 365 days a year. The café offers a coffee bar, snacks, and full breakfast, lunch and dinner entrées. The café is located off the main lobby.

Chapel/Meditation Room

Four people hold hands in a circleWhen you need to find a quiet place to reflect, the Chapel/Meditation Room is always open to patients, their families and visitors.

It's located on the first floor of the hospital, off the main lobby near Admitting. Please see an admitting representative to access this room.

Non-Smoking Policy

Community Regional Medical Center adheres to a non-smoking policy within the hospital. However, visitors may smoke outside in designated smoking areas.

Sending Mail or Flowers

If you're interested in sending a message of hope and goodwill to your family or friend, mail and flowers are delivered to patient rooms by hospital volunteers, Monday through Friday, between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., and on Saturdays between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. 
Due to patient privacy and confidentiality laws, no deliveries will be made to patients who have chosen not to be listed in the hospital’s directory. We're unable to forward deliveries to patients after they have been discharged.
