The Community Medical Centers Healthcare Network - Central California

Patients Without Insurance

We're the Valley’s essential “safety-net” provider, caring for a large share of the uninsured and underinsured in central California – a region that’s considered one of America’s most challenging for healthcare. If you're uninsured or have high healthcare costs, you may be eligible for free or discounted hospital care.

California law requires hospitals to offer reduced rates to patients with low or moderate incomes. The Federal government also helps cover medical costs of some qualified patients. For more information about the Medically Indigent Services Program (MISP) call Fresno County at (559) 600-6580.

For information on local organizations that can help you sign up for insurance coverage visit Covered California (English) or Covered California (Spanish).
