How Do Clinical Navigators Help Patients?

Clinical navigators are instrumental in helping you and your loved ones see your way through what can often be a confusing and overwhelming new world.

They serve as a contact between you and your healthcare team, helping with things like:

  • Coordinating appointments
  • Arranging travel
  • Helping manage symptoms
  • Assisting with other services

Because our navigators are experienced registered nurses, oncology-certified nurses, pharmacists and clinical nurse specialists, they can explain complex medical terms and processes in ways that help you understand your specific situation better.
