She was born on Leap Year 2012 at 1:20 a.m. at Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno. Proud parents Ana Jasso and Neftali Gallegos say their leap year babe weighed in at 5 lbs 14 ounces. Even though her birthday will only come every four years, Jasso said they still need to decide when to celebrate — Feb. 28 or March 1.
