Our 104-exam-room, 80,000-square-foot facility is named after Deran Koligian, who served as a Fresno County Supervisor for many years.

His advocacy for the rights of the underserved still informs our policy to provide healthcare without excluding anyone based on income.

Patients can pay using Medicare, Medi-Cal, Blue Cross Managed Medi-Cal, Health Net Managed Medi-Cal and out-of-pocket payment.

We’ve partnered with Family HealthCare Network – the nation’s 7th largest Federally Qualified Health Center – to increase primary and specialty care services in Fresno. The partnership will allow Family HealthCare Network to operate existing clinics at the Deran Koligian Ambulatory Care Center including:
