The Patient and Family Advisory Council is a partnership between Community Medical Centers' patients, family members, staff and healthcare providers who are dedicated to improving care and the experiences of patients and their families at our hospitals.

The feedback this volunteer group provides helps us develop care and services to better meet the needs of our community. We look for advisors who reflect the diverse experiences of the patients and families we serve.
