Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan (TSA)

All new employees are eligible to participate in a 403(b) Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan (TSA) immediately upon hire and may contribute in two ways; pre-tax and/or after-tax through a Roth option.

After one year and 1,000 hours of service all employees who contribute at least 2% of their base salary to the TSA will be provided a 5% match by Community (increased incrementally based on years of service).

Contribution limits are set by the Federal Government annually. There are catch-up provisions for those who are 50 years or older or have at least 15 years of continuous service with Community.
