Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention
Join us for a free Tai Chi for Arthritis and fall prevention group exercise course. Based on Sun Style Tai Chi, its gentle, flowing movements increase muscle strength, protect joints, and improve balance. The class at Clovis Community Medical Center runs on Thursdays from Feb. 7 through May 2. Physician clearance required. Class limited to 20 people.
