Community Regional Medical Center is home to central California’s only Level 1 trauma center – the Table Mountain Rancheria Trauma Center. As a Level 1 trauma center, specialists are ready to treat the most critically injured patients, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The 58-acre Community Regional Medical Center also is home to the Leon S. Peters Rehabilitation Center, where rehabilitation specialists help trauma patients get on the road to recovery. Sometimes this involves re-learning many of the every-day activities – like combing your hair, drinking through a straw or tying your shoes – we often take for granted.
