Community Medical Centers accepts checks, money orders, cash and major credit cards.

Three ways to pay by credit card:

1. Call Patient Financial Services at (559) 459-3939.
2. Mail your credit card information with your statement or account number to the appropriate address listed below.
3. Visit the cashier window at Clovis Community Medical Center, Community Regional Medical Center or Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital (you may pay at any of these cashier windows, regardless of where you received treatment.)

To pay by check or money order

Enclose both your statement and a check or money order. Please write your account number on the check or money order and send to the appropriate address listed below.

Sending your payment

When sending your payment, please enclose your statement and a check or money order with your account number written on it. Please do not send written correspondence with your payment. Insurance companies looking for our remittance address should call our office.
