There is no cost to attend, and any person along the journey may attend. To provide additional encouragement and education, we routinely offer monthly support groups. They are held at Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital in the River Park Conference Rooms. Please arrive through the main hospital entrance.
This group focuses on education by offering month to month subjects to help expand your knowledge. A registered dietician facilitates this group and has presentations prepared on a variety of subjects from exercise, food, nutrition, stress, changing behavior, and much more!

This group will focus on sharing experiences and talking about what you are going through. Help, encouragement, suggestions and ideas can be shared. Concerns and questions can be addressed. Michael Roubicek, Ph.D., a licensed social worker, will facilitate the group. Certified Bariatric Nurse Jennifer Logan will also participate on occasion to give medical and dietary direction.
