The Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital is owned and operated by Community Medical Centers. The Board of Managers consists of two affiliated physicians and four Community Board of Trustees representatives. The Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital Chief Executive Officer is appointed by Community's Chief Executive Officer to the Board of Managers as an ex-officio member. The current Board members are:
