The Central California Faculty Medical Group, Inc. (CCFMG) took another step in helping Community Medical Centers increase care for the underserved with its recent $500,000 pledge for the new Deran Koligian Ambulatory Care Center.

Community broke ground on its new 79,534-square-foot ambulatory care center in December on the southwest corner of McKenzie Avenue and Howard Street.

The combination of a high-risk pregnancy unit and new neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) are offering unique services for Valley women and children at Community Regional Medical Center in downtown Fresno.

Marci Deck is one such Valley woman. Her triplets were the first to use the new 56-bed, state-of-the-art NICU.
