I'm proud to show off Clovis Community's inaugural issue of "The Clovis Way" physican newsletter. I invite you to click on the image below to take a look at the electronic version of this exciting new communication tool for our physicians.

Whether you're a physician, employee or a member of the community, I feel it is important for you to know how we are communicating with our Clovis Medical Staff about the hospital. Enjoy!

On Monday, July 30, I provided a "State of the Company" presentation to employees during morning and afternoon sessions. One of my important messages to staff is that Community Medical Centers is STRONG, STABLE & WELL POSITIONED. In light of this continuously unstable and ever-changing healthcare economy, CMC employees have so many reasons to be proud to work at Community...WE ARE THE PLACE TO BE!

Another new construction project made a major step at Clovis Community today - the new Medical Office Building walls were raised by a large crane that lifted one of the heaviest walls weighing 75,000 pounds. The construction crew finished the day with almost two sides of walls completed which was an amazing site to watch. It takes a very coordinated and safe effort with a team of construction workers who really know what they are doing to make something like this happen!
