I chose CRMC for many different reasons. I liked that it was a Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center and served a large geographic region, meaning that they served the needs of all the included communities. The rotations offered and the diverse patient population suited my interests. I liked how the goals, objectives and activities were articulated in the residency manual, which was available via their website; I liked how organized and structured everything was. I feel confident that this learning environment will enable me to gain the exponential growth I am looking for. Most of all, after meeting with the program director, preceptors and pharmacy staff, I knew that this was the group of people that I wanted to work with and learn from, and I wanted to be a part of their team. -Emilyn Chee (2011-2012)
