Karen Lai, PharmD 
Dr. Karen Lai completed the Community Regional Medical Center’s PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program in 2014. She has accepted a position with Citrus Valley Medical Center – Inter-Community Campus as a Clinical Pharmacist. Dr. Lai received her bachelor of science in biochemistry / chemistry and bachelor of arts in economics from University of California, San Diego in 2008 and doctor of pharmacy from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Pharmacy in 2013.

Tamar Lawful, PharmD*
Dr. Tamar Lawful completed the Community Regional Medical Center’s PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program in 2014.  She has accepted a position at Community Regional Medical Center as a Transition of Care Clinical Specialist.  Dr. Lawful received her doctor of pharmacy from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, University of the Sciences in 2004.  TLawful@communitymedical.org
 
Christina Wong, PharmD
Dr. Christina Wong completed the Community Regional Medical Center’s PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program in 2014. She has accepted a position with Kaiser Permanente South San Francisco Medical Center as an inpatient pharmacist.  Dr. Wong received her bachelor of arts in molecular and cell biology from University of California, Berkeley in 2009 and doctor of pharmacy from University of Southern California, School of Pharmacy in 2013. 
 
This is a great residency program, especially for those interested in critical care. I think our best asset is our strong preceptors, who are not only knowledgeable, but want to teach. She practices as a clinical pharmacist at Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System.  She previously practiced as a Clinical Pharmacist at Clovis Community Medical Center and as a Clinical Pharmacist in Infectious Disease at Kaweah Delta Hospital  in Visalia, CA.
