Commmunity Regional Medical Center's GPR Program participates in the Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS) and Postdoctoral Dental Matching Program (PDMP).

The Ambulatory Care Center of Community Medical Centers Dental Residency Program must receive all materials by the November 15, 2012 program deadline:

Send through PASS by November 2:

1. Dental school transcripts from a fully accredited ADA program (sent from the Registrar's Office) including the Spring 2012 semester
2. National Board results
3. Personal Potential Index Evaluation (from three faculty)
4. Dean’s Institutional Evaluation

Mail the following materials directly to our residency program by November 15:

1. Completed resident application form
2. CV/Resume
3. Match number (enter on application form)
4. Undergraduate transcripts
5. 2x2 color identification photo
