Commmunity Regional Medical Center's GPR Program participates in the ADEA Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS) and Postdoctoral Dental Matching Program (PDMP).

The Ambulatory Care Center of Community Medical Centers Dental Residency Program must receive all materials by the November 16, 2013 program deadline:

Send through PASS by November 2:

1. Dental school transcripts from a fully accredited ADA program (sent from the Registrar's Office) including the Spring 2013 semester
2. National Board results (by way of Dean's Eval)
3. Personal Potential Index Evaluation (from three faculty)
4. Dean’s Institutional Evaluation

Mail the following materials directly to our residency program by November 16:

1. Completed resident application form
2. CV/Resume
3. Match number (enter on application form)
4. Undergraduate transcripts
5. 2x2 color identification photo
