Ways to Give

We are the health care leader in central California and we believe all things are within reach – especially with your generous support. If you have any questions or would like more information on any of the ways to give below, please feel free to call Community Medical Foundation at (559) 459-2670.

Online Giving

If you'd like the convenience of giving online, please click the “Give Now” button and donate to the area of your choice via credit or debit card.

Make a Mobile Gift

Now you can make a gift on your mobile phone to support Community Medical Centers.  Visit givenow.communitymedical.org.

There is no amount too big or too small to give, as long as you give. Community is local and it’s a great feeling to give to a place that provides services to anybody – regardless for their ability to pay. My wife says. ‘If there are a lot of people doing a little, then it will be enough.’ – Jerry Pajouh, owner of Weber BMW in Fresno & longtime Community donor-investor

By Phone or Mail

If you'd prefer to give by phone, you may call Community's Foundation at (559) 459-2670.

To give by mail, you may click on the giving form and mail to:

Community Medical Foundation
126 N. Fresno St.
Fresno, CA 93701

You may also fax this to the Foundation  at (559) 459-3911.

Gifts In-Kind

Many nonprofit organizations receive goods or services as contributions. These non-monetary contributions are considered gifts in-kind and they are a great way to help Community accomplish its mission.

Honor or Memorial Gifts

Honor and memorial gifts are a thoughtful way to recognize your friends or loved ones through a gift to Community.

Corporate Giving

Corporate donor-investors support our health care network, which is a locally owned not-for-profit. We also offer the only safety-net hospital in the region. Corporate support includes donations, gifts-in-kind, grants, products, professional services and volunteers.

Planned Giving

Planned giving is a set of ways a donor-investor can leave money or assets to a nonprofit at his or her death; or a way to invest money so that the donor receives benefits during his or her life and then bequeaths the remaining funds to the nonprofit.

Stocks, Bonds, Securities

Donor-investors may also choose to contribute investments to make a lasting difference in people’s lives.

Property

By giving appreciated property, many donor-investors can avoid capital gains. And when coupled with a life income arrangement, you can often obtain a higher income, benefit heirs and help others in need at Community.

Volunteering

Volunteering is an altruistic way to help others by giving of your time and expertise. Find out more about volunteering at Community.
