Many nonprofit organizations receive goods or services as contributions. These non-monetary contributions are considered gifts in-kind and they are a great way to help Community accomplish its mission.
Honor and memorial gifts are a thoughtful way to recognize your friends or loved ones through a gift to Community.
Corporate donor-investors support our health care network, which is a locally owned not-for-profit. We also offer the only safety-net hospital in the region. Corporate support includes donations, gifts-in-kind, grants, products, professional services and volunteers.
Planned giving is a set of ways a donor-investor can leave money or assets to a nonprofit at his or her death; or a way to invest money so that the donor receives benefits during his or her life and then bequeaths the remaining funds to the nonprofit.
Donor-investors may also choose to contribute investments to make a lasting difference in people’s lives.
By giving appreciated property, many donor-investors can avoid capital gains. And when coupled with a life income arrangement, you can often obtain a higher income, benefit heirs and help others in need at Community.
Volunteering is an altruistic way to help others by giving of your time and expertise. Find out more about volunteering at Community.
