The Community Fertility Center is the only fully accredited Level-III fertility program in the entire San Joaquin Valley, attracting patients from Sacramento to Los Angeles and as far away as Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Community Fertility Center’s experienced fertility specialists, nurse practitioners, certified nurse midwives and embryologist are led by medical director Michael Synn, M.D., one of California’s leading obstetrics/gynecology and fertility specialists.
