How To Apply

- JANUARY 8 at 12:00 PM (PST ) - Completed application deadline

All application materials must be uploaded to PhORCAS by noon -no hard copies will be accepted.

Applicants must have the following:

Licensed or eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in the state of California

Community Regional Medical Center (Deran Koligian Ambulatory Care Center)

Stanley R. Surabian, D.D.S., J.D., F.A.C.D. - CMC Chief of Dental Services
