Dr. Kelvin Higa, medical director of Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital’s Bariatric & Metabolic Surgery Program, was recently elected President of the International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders (IFSO). Dr. Higa specializes in difficult and challenging cases and is considered an expert on bariatric revision surgery.
