We are an intermediate care center located about 45 minutes north of Fresno on Highway 41. Our facility serves the residents of Oakhurst and surrounding mountain communities, as well as visitors to Yosemite National Park.

We provide access to excellent medical care under the supervision of a physician, and also offer radiology, mammography and diagnostic services. We are open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.

We also offer a Rural Health Clinic (by appointment only.) Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
