Salary and Benefits

The Pharmacy Residency program begins July 1 and ends June 30, and offers the following benefits:

• Annual salary of $41,454 (paid bi-weekly)
• Medical, Dental and Vision insurance effective immediately 
• Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) that includes: 2 weeks vacation, 9 paid holidays and 6 discretionary days
• Long Term Disability Coverage equal to 50% of your salary with elective for higher coverage
• Term Life Insurance ($10,000) effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment
• Attendance at CSHP Seminar, ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting and Western States Residency Conference
• Parking

 **Please note that paperwork, health assessments, corporate orientation, computer training and other related training MUST be completed before the start of the residency program on July 1.  Please contact Human Resources or the Residency Program Director for more information.**

Rent for an average apartment ranges from $750 to $1,200 per month for a one to three bedroom apartment.
