Robert Julian III, D.D.S., M.D., FACS Director of OMFS
Dr. Julian graduated from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 1988 and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Washington Hospital Center in 1992. He graduated with a medical degree from University of Alabama and completed a fellowship in head and neck surgery in 1995.

Dr. Julian has worked in the private sector in Fresno, CA, as well as Portland, OR., and now serves as director of the OMFS program at Community Medical Centers' Cedar Avenue campus. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

Gerald Alexander, D.D.S.
Dr. Alexander is a graduate of Baylor University. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at then Valley Medical Center in Fresno, CA, and is a diplomat of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
He maintains a private practice in Fresno and enjoys working with orthognathic and TMJ patients.

 

Allan Malkasian, D.D.S.
Board Certified:

Diplomate-National Dental Board of Anesthesiology

Dr. Malkasian graduated from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 1964 and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Highland General Hospital in Oakland, CA in 1971.

Prior to serving as adjunct clinical professor of oral and maxillofacial surgery at Community Medical Centers' Cedar Avenue campus, Dr. Malkasian was a member of the teaching staff at Highland General Hospital. He maintains a private practice in Visalia, CA and is an outpatient anesthesia examiner for the California Association of Maxillofacial Surgeries.

Dr. Malkasian has a special interest in facial trauma and TMJ surgery and has published a book on TMJ examination.
