DeWitt Subacute & Skilled Nursing Center

Community Subacute Center-DeWitt, a 33-bed facility, was established in August 1992 at its original location on DeWitt Avenue in Clovis. Before the end of its first anniversary, 10 of DeWitt’s patients went to a rehabilitation hospital with a goal of going home.

Now on the former UMC campus, DeWitt specializes in chronic, subacute conditions that include care of tracheotomy, gastrostomy, ventilator and wound care.

The staff at DeWitt values individualized treatment for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of its residents and is committed to carrying out these objectives with compassion and respect.
