Terry’s House will be a 17,000-square-foot, two-story home within walking distance of the main entrance of Community Regional Medical Center, on the corner of Fresno and R streets. It will have 20 guest rooms with private baths and will be able to accommodate six people with potential for eight in some rooms. The home will include in-house refrigerators, an activity lounge and sitting areas for relaxation, a family resource center, children’s activity room, an exercise room, reflection room and healing garden.
