The Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital is owned and operated by Community Medical Centers (CMC). The Board of Managers consists of two affiliated physicians and four CMC Board of Trustees representatives. The Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital Chief Executive Officer is appointed by the CMC Chief Executive Officer to the Board of Managers as an ex-officio member. The current Board members are:
