Tuition Reimbursement
After six months of employment, full-time and part-time (working at least 40 hours per pay period) employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement. Financial assistance for job-related educational courses is available for up to $2,300 per year for registration fees, and up to $250 per course for books each semester.
Employment Assistance Program (INSIGHT)
All Community employees are eligible for INSIGHT, a confidential counseling program designed to help employees and their families through difficult and stressful times. INSIGHT provides three free visits per six-month period and referrals, if needed.
Employee Health Center
All Community employees may access Community's Employee Health Center for health and safety services, including exams, assessments, administration of medicines and vaccines which are available to allow the employee to continue working. Contact Employee Health at (559) 459-6416 for more information.
Credit Union
Community employees have access to financial and other services available through the Golden One Credit Union and the Fresno County Federal Credit Union. Contact the credit unions directly for more information.
Direct Deposit
Employees may elect to have their paychecks automatically deposited. This service is available with most banks and credit unions.
Parking
Free off-street parking is available to employees at all facilities.
