Consultation
We strongly encourage both partners to be present at the initial visit. This is a comprehensive evaluation that takes about an hour. During this visit you will be given the opportunity to have your questions answered and participate in developing a plan for further evaluation and/or therapy.

A New Patient Packet will be provided and will include information about the fertility center, registration forms and patient questionnaires. These forms must be completed before your appointment and given to the receptionist when you arrive. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, as we have additional paperwork.

Please bring any X-ray films that have been taken as a part of your evaluation, especially HSG (uterine-tubal X-rays). These films usually need to be obtained directly from the radiology department where the procedure was performed.

We want your initial consultation with your physician to be thorough and comprehensive. Therefore, it is crucial that you bring all the requested records and completed forms with you to your first appointment.

Free Seminar
We offer fertility seminars on a routine basis to those interested in our fertility services. The seminar provides an opportutnity to meet the physician and obtain general information about our fertility center, focusing specifically on in vitro fertilitzation (IVF).
