Step 1: Physician Referral

Patients are referred for CyberKnife treatment through their physician. Your physician can call our Nurse Coordinator, Laura Valenzuela RN, BSN, OCN, at (559) 447-3591 to request a case review at the weekly CyberKnife Evaluation Conference. We will request that records be sent for the conference review process.
