The 48,000-square-foot outpatient care center at Clovis Community Medical Center maintains six operating rooms, patient pre-op and recovery areas, as well as endoscopy, lab and radiology services. Having these services under one roof makes outpatient surgery simpler and more convenient for doctors and patients alike. 

Clovis Community has highly technical videoscopic surgical suites, voice-activated surgical technology and voice-activated surgical robots. Specialized services at this facility include general, orthopedic, gynecological and cosmetic surgery.

The Weight-Loss Surgery Center at Clovis Community has a track record that's proven by its number of successes. Recently awarded the highest possible rating in patient outcomes, it's known for advancements in bariatric surgery and is recognized as a Center of Excellence for weight-loss surgery by major health care providers.

Community Regional Medical Center
Community Regional Medical Center houses Central California's only burn and Level 1 trauma center, the UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program and specialty resident programs such as general, orthopedic, gynecological, urological, vascular, neurological, trauma, burn as well as ear, nose and throat surgery.

New innovations in cardiac, vascular and neurological surgery are offered at Community Regional, including robotic surgery such as CyberKnife® (surgery with no incision) and the da Vinci® Surgical System (surgery through tiny openings), transmyocardial revascularization with laser, stereotactic radiosurgery, aortic and peripheral vascular stent placement as well as prostate brachytherapy. Specialized services at this facility include general surgery, cardiac, vascular, gynecological, neurological and orthopedic surgery.

The orthopedic unit at the Regional Medical Center was selected as a center of excellence for minimally invasive joint replacement surgeries. Nationally noted for short patient stays and quick recoveries, this unit is complete with a dedicated surgical team and private recovery rooms. With completion of Community's new trauma and critical care building at the regional medical center, another eight surgical suites are accessible to Community's patients.

Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital
Community's Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital was rated as one of the best heart surgery programs in California and as the best in the Fresno area for overall cardiac services by HealthGrades, an independent health care ratings organization. In the past year the hospital, designed with state-of-the-art surgical suites, has added additional lines of surgery, including bariatric, orthopedic and general surgery. Community's team of physicians and nurses specialize in cardiac, thoracic, vascular, total joint replacement, bariatric, minimally invasive and general surgery. Fresno Heart & Surgical has 48 patient suites (each private with space to accommodate a patient's overnight guest).
