Community provides outpatient services, including primary care, specialty care, vision and dental services, health education and rural outreach, to tens of thousands of patients each year. Some of the outpatient clinics were named the Deran Koligian Care Center in 2002 in honor of the late Fresno County Board of Supervisors chairman, who was a longtime advocate of health services for the disadvantaged.
