Registered Nurse Residency

Community Medical Centers has a residency program specially designed for new RNs.  This innovative, comprehensive program transitions newly graduated registered nurses from the student role to a safe, competent and professional practice. Integrated into our hospitals’ education structure, this residency includes an extensive guided clinical experience, web-based management system, formal mentoring and debriefing/self-care sessions as well as hands-on lab time for skill development.
